Terms & Conditions for M'tour

Tour Cost includes: ground transportation, villa or hotel with private room & bath, all breakfasts, listed lunches and dinners, entrance fees, two photographer guides/instructors (for six or more participants).


Tour Cost does not include: air travel, travel insurance, medical treatments, meals not specified, tips for guides, drivers or hotel employees, extra alcoholic beverages or snacks or laundry charges.


DEPOSIT


A deposit of $1,500 per person is required to hold your space on this tour. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Payment may be made by check, Venmo or PayPal. 


CANCELLATION


Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a $295 administrative fee.


Less than 120 days but at least 90 days before departure, total deposit is forfeited, unless we can fill your spot.

Less than 90 days but at least 60 days before departure, 50% of tour price is forfeited, unless we can fill your spot.


Less than 60 days before departure, 100% of tour price is forfeited, unless we can fill your spot .


Cancellations must be by email and phone call. If we have to cancel the tour, we will issue a full refund.


All participants are required to complete and submit a signed Risk and Release of Liability form with the final payment. This will be sent to you upon your request to book our adventure.
